Stephen A. Reinel, AIA
Mr. Reinel brings 35 years of award-winning Healthcare & Residential Architectural experience to your project. As Principal Architect, he has served as Project Executive, Project Manager and Design Architect for projects in North Carolina, Florida and Georgia. Projects have ranged from $250,000 to over $60 Million in Construction Cost. Several of Stephen’s projects have been featured in publications including Healthcare Design Magazine and Florida Architecture. Residential projects include high-end single family homes in a variety of styles ranging from traditional to modern. Many of these homes are riverfront or oceanfront. He has designed Healthcare facilities of every type including small ambulatory care clinics, entire new medical office complexes with multi-specialty group practices, hospital additions and renovations and a new hospital. Stephen has developed excellent relationships with many healthcare clients and has extensive experience working with Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) and other states’ regulatory agencies.
